What Happens During a Two-Week Sports-Performance Trial?

The Institute Corona's two-week trial begins when an athlete attends the first speed and strength class. Athletes ages 8-18 then receive two full weeks of classes with no commitment, giving families time to experience the coaching, class schedule, and environment before choosing an All Access membership or session pass.

The trial starts with the first attended class

A useful trial should answer one question: is this the right place for your athlete and your family?

The Institute Corona's free 2-week speed and strength trial serves athletes ages 8-18. The clock starts when your athlete attends the first class, not when the form is submitted. Your family then receives two full weeks of classes with no commitment.

Before the first class, you will provide contact information and basic athlete information so the staff can help identify an appropriate first visit.

Current class times

  • Summer youth: Monday-Thursday at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM
  • Summer developmental, ages 13+: Monday-Thursday, 4:00-5:00 PM
  • School-year youth: Monday-Thursday at 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 6:00 PM
  • School-year developmental, ages 13+: Monday-Thursday at 5:00 PM

What parents should watch during the two weeks

How your athlete is coached

Good coaching should be understandable. Your athlete should know what the drill is for and what adjustment to make.

How the work fits their current level

A beginner and an experienced high-school athlete should not be expected to respond to every exercise in exactly the same way.

Whether your athlete wants to return

A productive program can be challenging without making a young athlete dread the next session.

How the schedule fits your family

The right plan must coexist with school, team practice, games, recovery, and family commitments.

Options after the trial

At the end of the trial, the next step should depend on what you observed and how consistently your athlete can attend. All Access includes unlimited speed and strength classes during the membership period.

  • All Access Monthly: $349 per 4 weeks
  • Quarterly All Access: $825
  • All Access Annual: $2,999
  • 6-session pass: $300
  • 12-session pass: $550

The official pricing page is the final source if prices change. The trial is not a promise of a specific result in two weeks. It is a chance to make a more informed decision after seeing the coaching and environment firsthand.
