How The Sessions Work

Performance Sessions Are Composed of 3 Phases:

  • Dynamic Warm-Up: Utilizing full ranges and all 3 planes of motion, we take the athletes body through an extensive gauntlet of functional movements to ensure a well rounded base is developed each session.
  • Speed & Agility: Choosing a focus for the day (acceleration, top end speed, change of direction, etc.), we not only train those particular techniques, but the physical qualities that can further enhance them.
  • Strength & Conditioning: Here we focus on developing the foundation in which all sports movement and injury prevention lies upon. This phase is about creating resiliency and power throughout the body to reduce risk of injury and enhance likelihood of performance on the field!

Open Gym/Recover Sessions

  • Open gym allows the flexibility to follow along the scheduled workouts whether in-house or remotely in the comfort of your own gym.
  • All members get access to open gym during appropriate hours, as well as anytime utilization of recovery equipment.
  • ​We also have dedicated sessions to focus on mobility and any other athlete specific concerns.
